Vehicle Handover / Delivery

An exciting experience for our clients as they finally get the keys to their vehicle from our dealership and drive it marking the beginning of their journey.

Before being given the keys to their new pride and joy, our Croco Motors representative will run our esteemed clients through all the paperwork and any agreements that go with the car and that need to be signed. This will be a chance to also review any yet unseen documentation such as the service record.

Before the collection of the vehicle, we may once again show the car’s main features and controls to refresh the client’s memory so that they can drive the car away safely. This “tour” of the vehicle may also prompt further questions that they may not have previously thought of and its an integral part of the Croco Experience.

Social Responsibility

Croco Motors generously assists various charity organisations across the country, including Mutemwa Leprosy Centre and Mother of Peace Community in Mutoko, Chinyaradzo Children’s Home and Jairos Jiri with basics such as food and clothing. Employees spend time at charities demonstrating that giving is also about spending quality time. The company has also extensively assisted under privileged organisations and members of society nationwide including donations to Mayors’ Christmas Cheer Funds for various cities and towns. Our hands-on approach to volunteer work ensures caring programs continue to brighten the lives of thousands of underprivileged across Zimbabwe.
